- Your group has agreed to sell Carriage Candles for
the prices and the fragrances you have determined.
Your group is purchasing the items in the designated
flyer(s) for resale in their fundraising project. Your
group is in no way acting as an agent of Carriage Candle
Company, the manufacturer of the candles.
- As the sponsor, you have agreed to supervise and
take responsibility for your organization’s fundraising
campaign. Prior to shipment of your candle order, you
must establish a method of payment. Your options are
a purchase order (billed on a net 30-day basis for
school districts only), a credit card (Visa, MasterCard,
AMEX or Discover), or C.O.D. (cashier’s check
or money order). We cannot ship your order until we
know your method of payment. For C.O.D. orders, we
will contact you regarding the amount due before your
order ships. We pack orders in bulk for shipping. Picked-up
orders may be presorted for an additional charge of
$5.00 per salesperson.
- Carriage Candle Company will base the shipping charge
on the weight of your order and the location to which
it is being shipped. We use UPS exclusively. If a different
method is required please specify when placing your
order. We will, when possible, comply with your request.
Your order will ship within three to four days from
the date Carriage Candle Company receives your Master
Order Form. Depending on ship time, you’ll receive
your order within two and a half weeks. You can request
a tracking number from us once the order is shipped.
- We ask that you return any damaged or unused brochures
from your sale. Our brochures cost more than .50 cents
each to print. Our goal is to keep our costs down,
so we can pass along the higher profit margin to you.
- If the shipping company damages your order, please
report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt
of merchandise. Check each shipment/package immediately,
as not all damages will be visible. Please retain the
carton and packing material and broken candles for
claim purposes.
- Carriage Candle Company maintains a 100 percent guarantee!
We ask that you wait at least seven (7) days after
receipt of your candles before you contact us about
any returns/exchanges. We cannot make any exchanges
for orders that are not returned to us within one (1)
month.
