Carriage
Candle Company processes all orders within one to two
business days. We process orders placed on weekends and
during holidays on the following business day. During
the Christmas and New Year season, processing may take
up to four business days. We use the Address Verification
System following credit card approval. Carriage Candles
charges your credit card after we ship your item(s).
We only use UPS to deliver our packages. UPS can only deliver to a street address.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address. On a rare occasion, UPS will charge more
for shipping to a small rural community. Should this occur with your order, we
will notify you to approve the shipping and handling cost before shipping your
order. Again, this is a rare situation.
After we process, package and ship your order from our warehouse, delivery can
take from one to six business days. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result
in longer delivery times and possible charges for redelivery. Time estimates
exclude military addresses (APO/FPO), which are shipped via US mail. Although
we still ship items within one to two business days, please expect delivery delays.
Texas Residents: Please add 8.25% sales
tax to your order if mailing a check. We will
add the sales tax when processing your order by credit
card.

For overnight, second-day or third-air deliveries,
please call 281.242.7133 for pricing. We will strive
to ship overnight orders the same business day if ordered
by telephone no later than 12 noon CST with an authorized
credit card.

information on additional charges. We assess these additional charges at the
time your order is processed (the order will not be processed until contact is
made with the person placing the order).
