We will give you instructions on how to return your purchase.
To receive a full refund, you must return your candles within 30 days of purchase
or 10 days for seasonally released candles. We must receive your product(s) in
new condition, completely unused, and in the original packaging. You cannot return
burned candles. Carriage Candle Company will post credit to your credit card
account or issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
Customers are responsible, not Carriage Candle Company, for shipping charges
incurred for returns. Purchasing shipping insurance does help to ensure we receive
your returned item(s).
