When will you actually charge my credit card?
We will bill your credit card once we ship your item(s). Please include your daytime phone number should we have questions about your order.

Can I safely use my credit card at your website?

I purchased a gift certificate online. Can the recipient also purchase items online using the gift certificate?
Yes. You can purchase and redeem our gift certificates online at Codes are activated 24 hours after receipt.  If the amount of the online gift certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you must pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.  If the amount of the online gift certificate(s) is MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored in your account for your next purchase.  You do not need to enter the code again; we will deduct the remaining discount from your total at checkout.  Online gift certificates are nontransferable, nonrefundable and are not redeemable for cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen online gift certificates.  Gift certificates are good for 18 months.
